Red Beets, Red Apple, & Coconut Water

Beets have been shown to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and can help when trying to build muscle. High in vitamins & minerals… to name a few you have A, C, E, potassium, iron, folate and many more.

They also have a tendency to cleaaanseee you out a bit more than others… so I recommend drinking in the evening or at night when you are home. Should be a gentle cleanse, but if you experience digestion issues please stop drinking or slow down consumption. Use your best judgement based on your comfortability.
